My approach to property management is slightly different to most. I believe that honesty is always the best policy, be it when delivering good news or bad, as my Landlords deserve an open and transparent line of communication regarding what is happening at their properties. Developing good foundations with tenants is equally important for me, so that I can ensure my clients’ property is well looked after. These foundations mean that my tenants feel comfortable in approaching me with issues so that we can work together to come to a suitable resolution.
After a history of customer service, I took some time off from work to focus on my children’s health. I completed a Bachelor of Laws throughout that time and, in between uni semesters, completed my Cert. 4 in Real Estate. I have also recently completed my Diploma in Legal Practice.
I thrive on challenge, the more the better, as it allows me to utilise my skillset for the benefit of my clients. Despite seeming daunting to many, I even enjoy attending SACAT, as I see it as another opportunity to advocate for my clients best interests.
I like to be creative by painting in my spare time but confess to a guilty pleasure of shopping, eating ice cream and collecting Harry Potter Lego.
