At the height of my real estate career, I managed to rank in the top 2% nationally as a salesperson, and this sales background served me well in both a training role and in the day to day operations of a real estate business. I’ve always had a strong focus on developing systems to better customer service, and providing a positive environment for team members and their mental health in the workplace.
Although I’m no longer involved in the day to day operations of Rental Property Network, I’m always available to chat with the team and provide advice. While this transition into a more mentorship focused role hasn’t been without its personal challenges, it has allowed me to advocate for change in an industry that is otherwise steeped in tradition and often lacking a more contemporary approach.
To me, family has always been the primary motivator, and I’m proud that we’ve been able to foster a family first environment within Rental Property Network. I still live in Lewiston, only a few doors down from my parents and childhood home, with my wife Moni and our 3 youngest children; Dante, Enrique & Siennah. As many parents know, most of my time seems to be spent running those children to different sports and after school activities, but I love being able to see them succeed in what they set their minds to.
As an avid Adelaide Crows fan, you can find me at every home game throughout the season, and when travel restrictions ease we also enjoy taking the occasional family trip to see an interstate game.
