My journey in property management began recently, fuelled by a lifelong connection to the real estate industry. To carve out my own niche, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of Adelaide, gaining a deep understanding of human behaviour and effective communication strategies. To further my expertise, I completed a Mental Health First Aid Trainer’s Course, enabling me to facilitate mental health first aid sessions for groups. Additionally, I obtained a property management licence in South Australia, solidifying my professional foundation in real estate.

My background in psychology allows me to identify and develop the skills and attributes that strengthen teams, helping them achieve their full potential. I thrive on fostering team growth and take pride in seeing teams evolve into their best versions. Improving team dynamics and performance is a passion of mine, and I am dedicated to finding innovative ways to enhance team effectiveness.

In my personal time, I enjoy activities that challenge both my mind and body. Whether it’s playing sports like tennis or engaging in strategic board games like chess, I am always actively pursuing new challenges and rarely sit idle.
