I have had a fascination with Property for a very long time, and have always been interested in a job in Property Management. After working in various other areas and taking time to raise a family, I ventured into it and quickly discovered that there was a lot more to the job than I’d initially thought.
Many people see Property Management as collecting the rent and making sure that tenants clean their showers and ovens, but over the last few years I’ve learned to appreciate the intricacies of getting the absolute best results for my clients and the level of learning and communication that requires. Owning and leasing properties is a business and every house is a very valuable asset. The CEO of that business is referred to as the Landlord, unless of course they make the choice to appoint an experienced Property Manager who can take care of running the business and all that includes.
When you appoint a Property Manager, they ensure the business is run efficiently, within legal regulations, and to ensure it retains value and grows creating equity. When that property manager is me, I strive to ensure I deliver on a service that is executed in a highly professional and detail-oriented manner. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and service providers alike. With strong communication skills and a preventative solutions-focused approach, my aim is to efficiently navigate all aspects of property management while fostering long-lasting professional relationships.
Watching tenants move into a house and make it a home is one of the highlights of this role. Having landlords see the ease in handling one property and become eager to invest in a second is extremely satisfying and I hope that all of my clients can take that step to continue their investment journey.
