Our first Award for the Quarter was the Highest Net Portfolio Growth Award for October to December Quarter 2021.

This award is for the person who has increased the size of their portfolio the most in the given period of time.

The winner of this award was Shane Adams. Shane is someone highly respected in the group and a person who is always willing to give of their time and knowledge to help others. His understanding of Property Management is extensive and his approach is certainly pragmatic.

I was super excited when Shane finally joined our team. Sometimes it takes a little while for recruits to find their feet and feel comfortable in this group and with this business model. Not with Shane, he bounced into the first meeting, stood up and spoke, made us laugh and we all knew instantly that he would be a perfect fit.

Shanes clients are extremely fortunate to have Shane caring for their investments, and his diligence and negotiation skills serve him well in his role.

The second Award was the Property Management Award for the Quarter October – December 2021

This award is for the person who has been consistent in their efforts for and on behalf of the team. It is provided to someone who gives selflessly of themselves to the team to see the group grow and improve. This is for someone who in not only a great Property Manager but recognises the value of the team and does everything in their power to provide encouragement, support and training to others in the group.

Our winner was the much loved Shirley Morgan. Shirley always gives her all to the team and the business of managing properties. Her knowledge of Property Management, her skill in successfully managing a sizeable portfolio, and her ability to remain calm and steadfast during stressful times serves her well in a role that can often be overwhelming.

Even with the daily challenges of the role Shirley always has time to spare coaching, counselling and assisting team members with both property management questions and general life concerns. One of the greatest parts of this incredible business is the TEAM culture that we have created and developed and this person exemplifies our culture of supporting others.

Shirley is the matriarch of not only our business but Property Management in the northern suburbs and I was so proud to announce her as our winner for this Quarter. Congratulations Shirley, what a wonderful career you are having in our incredible industry.
