Last Friday night was the first Landlord Appreciation Event after several last minute cancellations over the last two years. On this occasion we were not sure the weather was going to be kind to us but, for the most part, the rain held off and we were able to relax for the evening with a group of people that we enjoy doing business with everyday.
Our Owners/Investors/Landlords entrust our business and our individual Property Managers with one of their most valuable assets, their investment property, and task us with managing this effectively and profitably. It was wonderful to be able to say thank you for all the support we receive while going about our daily Property Management duties. We really do have the most amazing group of Investors to partner with through our careers and their investment journey.
We kept the evening light hearted and casual, avoiding formalities and just enjoyed each others company. For me, it was nice to meet some of our newer Investors who work closely with our Property Managers but who I may not have had the opportunity to meet previously. To everyone who took time out of their busy lives to join us, thank you – we really do appreciate your support. A massive shout out to every one of our team. We have a busy few weeks ahead, and this weekend has been hectic with other events but every one of our wonderful Property Managers made the effort to help out on the night. Some caught up with old friends and business partners, and others gained new friends and business associates. We consider the relationship we have with every Landlord an important partnership, because, in our experience, that integral bond is the best way to achieve investment success. Thank you to those Landlords that introduced potential new clients to us on the night and we hope these investors are able to join our network soon. Please always feel free to invite friends, family and work colleagues who have an investment property to any one of our events. We hope all of our Investors enjoyed the goodie bags which included Ecoya products, flowers and Rental Property Network branded goodies.
