Last Friday night we held another Landlords Appreciation Evening with over 100 Investors enjoying drinks and nibbles on the Torrens. State Manager Taryk Mazzeo says, “This is something that we, at Rental Property Network, feel very strongly about, we build long term relationships with out Investors and work together as a team.”
The night was filled with information about the current proposed legislation changes and regulated changes that have already occurred. Amy from EBM insurance brokers also chatted to the group about the benefits of a specialised Landlords policy.
The night was a great opportunity to meet some of our newer team members, including the team from RPMS who joined Rental Property Network just last month. Included in this team are experienced Property Managers Chris and Tracy who are the second mother and son combination to operate within the Network. Moni says, “working with family has it’s set of challenges but we wouldn’t change it for anything. Taryk progressed through the ranks, after starting by helping me with my routine inspections and has moved through to the State Manager role following Uni. Dante commenced with us last year while completing his Bachelor degree and now works part time while completing his Honours. For Chris and Tracy this is the perfect environment for them to grow and prosper in a family setting with a tremendous amount of help and support, and we love having another mother/son team.”
The evening is always fun with door prizes and this events first winner is ultra cute! Our amazing Admin and Property Management Team worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly and we couldn’t be more grateful. This group is something special, they have a unique bond towards each other and towards the business and both our Investors and our Tenants benefit from this.
It’s always great to see the interaction between our Property Managers and our clients but it’s equally special watching the interaction between our Landlords themselves. It’s a wonderful opportunity to chat about property investment, experiences, how the market is changing and what to expect from your Property Manager. Moni says, “As an organisation, you have to be extremely confident in your level of service and customer experience to hold events like this. Investors chat about perceived benefits and drawbacks of owning an investment property and if the service standard was not up to par, it would become a very different event. Fortunately for our group, we are very confident that we exceed the expectations of our clients and we are more than happy to have 100+ investors in a room chatting about their experience with Rental Property Network.”
